In a nutshell, the TEND Team's role is to orchestrate, govern and service its platform and to cater for the needs of its customers and community. 

This means ensuring a smooth customer on-boarding and on-going customer support.

Equally, it means coordinating and aligning the services related to the assets offered on the platform, including taking on the related, time-consuming responsibilities that come with ownership, such as maintenance, insurance and security of the asset, as well as scheduling of the associated experiences. 

We also seek to continuously improve the TEND platform, maintaining and developing the technology stack powering it and thereby improving the customer experience.
