Every asset undergoes due diligence to ensure its authenticity. The asset is then tokenised into a limited number of shares or tokens which are allocated on a pro rata basis to the co-owners.

The object-specific token represents a certain percentage of ownership of the object and all token holders together represent 100 per cent of ownership. The rights of the co-owners are distributed in accordance with their share of the asset. Certain ownership rights will be managed by TEND in its role as central service provider.

Every share owner participates in the potential value increase of the asset in proportion to his/her ownership.

The smart contract make this co-ownership scalable, secure and traceable.
