The fees related to the asset consist of two parts:

(a) yearly maintenance and protection fees, such as insurance, storage, service and maintenance. These asset-related costs are covered by all co-owners in proportion to the number of tokens they own relating to a particular asset.

(b) an experience fee which is related to each specific usage of the asset. These fees typically cover the servicing and organisational costs of the experience providers. The price of the experience will vary depending upon the nature of the usage and is borne solely by the individual co-owner benefiting from that particular experience.
