The TEND platform will look after the management of the co-ownership particulars. Each co-owner has a personalised app interface where they can select and plan experiences related to their asset. Alternatively, they can contact the Concierge Service desk of TEND to arrange their experiences. The TEND platform ensures that the experience slots are allocated fairly between the co-owners by using a smart calendar. Further, the number of tokens someone owns is directly related to the amount of experience time and access to the particular asset.

The experience access rules will be defined upfront and will be transparent to each co-owner from the outset. For each specific asset, the associated experience may be different. Logistics are taken care of by TEND together with specially chosen service partners, so there is nothing the co-owners need to spend time or effort worrying over.
